Shipping and Return Policies

This is our policy page, below you will find information about ordering, shipping, returns, and our warranty.  Please read them carefully, if you have any questions regarding them please contact us.

Orders:

Upon receiving your order we will wait for your payment to clear. Once your payment is cleared, we can have your system built within 5 - 7 business days depending on the availability of parts and how busy we are with other orders. Larger orders may take us longer; we will contact you with any delay information about your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order at any time as we see fit. All orders are final and you will not be granted any refunds once we have started building your system, please review all your options carefully before ordering.
 
 
Shipping:
 
 
We charge a flat rate to ship all our computer systems and products via UPS.  We ship everything via ground service and usually you can expect your item to arrive within 5 - 7 days after we ship your order. We do not ship outside the U.S. Also, if you require a large order to be shipped, please contact us, you may qualify for freight shipping. We do offer a delivery service to customers with a 60 mile radius of our location in North Bend, NE. If you are within 60 miles you must have an order of 5 or more computers to qualify for this service, please contact us before ordering if this applies to you (mileage charges apply).  If shipping via UPS, upon shipment of your order you will be sent an email notification at the address you specified during checkout.
 
Damaged Products:
 
All products that we ship are boxed and packed by us.  We check every package before sending it to be sure it is packaged properly.  We also apply shipping insurance on every package, if your products arrive broken be sure to save your box and all the materials inside.  If needed UPS will inspect the box and its contents. It is important to contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you and UPS to file a claim, send you a refund, or a new system as quickly as possible.
 
Warranty:
 
All of our systems are covered by a 30-day return for repair warranty.  This means that if your system malfunctions 30 days from your invoice date you can return it and we will repair any hardware. You must pay for shipping to and from us.  This warranty does not cover software issues (e.g. Viruses, Worms, Trojans, software compatability problems, etc.).  Our systems are fully tested before shipping and all software sent with the system is certified for its operating system. Any software added to the system by you is your responsibility; we do not in any way guarantee every piece of software to work with our systems.
Also, any hardware added to the system that is not an original part when the system was purchased is not covered by this warranty.  Adding any parts that cause a malfunction in your system will void your warranty and any repair services we can provide you. If you return any products within the 30-day period without contacting us or if we find any non-original parts or software to be the cause of your malfunction, we will charge you for our service and any additional hardware that needs to be replaced before the system is returned to you.
 
Standard (RMA) Return Process:
 
If you qualify for a return please follow the process listed below:
1.   Contact us via E-mail or Phone with your order number and the symptoms of the problem that you are having as soon as possible.
2.   We will assign you an RMA number; keep this number in a safe place to check the progress of your return.
3.   Send your return to:

4.   Be sure to include a copy of your sales invoice and your RMA number. Also, be sure to pack your shipment properly, if your package is damaged during shipping you will be responsible for the damages. We suggest you insure the package before shipping it.
 
5.   Upon receiving your package we will notify you, we will also provide you with information about the cost for your return shipping and any other costs inquired.
 
6.   Once your product has been repaired or replaced, we will contact you and send your repaired product back to you if your return shipping has been paid.
 
Out of Warranty service:
 
We do not provide any out of warranty service. If you require service, you will be required to contact a third party. Please remember that most of your system hardware is backed by a manufacturer warranty. Information on all these warranties are included with your system purchase. It is your responsibility to file these with the manufacturer. You can find more information about these warranties and steps to make a claims on your warranty via the manufacturers website.
