What should I include with my system when I'm bringing it in for service?
1. Bring any software and documents you originally received with your system 2. Bring only your actual computer, it is not necessary to include your keyboard, mouse, monitor, or power cables. 3. Bring a list of files that you want to save on your system just in case we have to recover it. Also include a list of symptoms of your computer problem. 4. It is always good practice to make a backup of your files if possible before you come. Even though we make a backup for you, we believe that you can never have too many backups. |
